Thank you for your post!
I understand that you're running into a blue screen on your PC asking you to retrieve your BitLocker recovery key(s) and you're having issues after logging into the webpage that you were redirected to.
To hopefully help point you in the right direction, if you're leveraging Azure Disk Encryption, you can retrieve your BitLocker recovery keys and unlock your encrypted disk through a couple of methods.
- Resolution #1: Automated method to unlock an encrypted disk on a repair VM This method relies on az vm repair commands to automatically create a repair VM, attach the failed OS disk, and unlock the disk if it is encrypted
- Resolution #2: Semi-automated method to unlock an encrypted disk on a repair VM
- The semi-automated resolution unlocks a single-pass-encrypted managed disk without requiring a public IP address for the repair VM.
If you aren't using Azure Disk Encryption, can you share some more information below:
- Are you BitLocker recovery keys stored within MS Entra ID or the Azure Key Vault?
- Is your PC joined to MS Entra ID or Intune?
- Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
