How to unlock Azure Account

Hello

I've a personal Azure account that seems to be locked. In order to get it unlocked the support links prompts me to log in. This leads to me going in circles while unable to get any help. There's no phone numbers to call and all the support is online which requires me to log in.
I can still access my emails using Outlook online account (using same credentials as Azure). Under my account setting I see one of my credit cards being expired. I suspect my Azure account subscription was probably hooked up with the expired credit card that I'd need to update. Since I cannot log in to Azure I cannot perform this and stuck in Catch-22.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure / 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access
