  1. How do I activate the Intune features for remote support?
  2. For this functionality, what license do I need to add or buy?
  3. Is there any trial or way to test it before?

I would appreciate any advice and assistance.

@EnterpriseArchitect, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To enable Intune capabilities for remote assistance, please firstly ensure the following general prerequisites apply to Remote Help.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/remote-help

To get trial license, you can go to Microsoft 365 admin center, Billing>Purchase service, search and find Microsoft Intune Remote Help to start the free trial

    User's image

After that, you can complete the following tasks to enable remote help.:

    1. Enable Remote Help in the Intune admin center by going to Tenant administration > Remote Help and setting "Enable Remote Help" to "Enabled".User's image
    2. Configure permissions for Remote Help using Intune role-based access controls (RBAC) to set the level of access a helper is allowed. Through RBAC, you determine which users can provide help and the level of help they can provide.

Hope the above information can help.
