I checked my email encryption with online TLS checker, looks like I can send email using TLS. Send connector Log of email is attached.

Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

Encountering an error with "mx2.economy.ge" suggests a hiccup in email delivery. This domain's mail server might be blocking incoming emails or facing configuration glitches.

First, verify your email settings for accuracy. If no issues exist on your end, reach out to their domain administrator or support team to resolve this specific blockage. Communicate the error details encountered, enabling them to troubleshoot their mail server.

Prompt action and collaboration between both parties should resolve this issue swiftly, ensuring seamless email communication between your domains.

I hope this helps out your problem.

    Regards

    @olivercharlie

    Hi @Evald Gruzdev ,

Welcome to our MS Q&A forum!

Based on your description, it appears that you have already checked your email encryption with an online TLS checker and confirmed that you can send emails using TLS. However, the error message suggests that the recipient’s mail server is not accepting your email because it is not being sent over a secure connection.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check if your email client is configured to use TLS 1.2. If not, you can enable it.
    2. Ensure that your email client is configured to use the correct port number for STARTTLS. The standard port number for STARTTLS is 587, but some email providers may use a different port number.
    3. Check if your email client is configured to use the correct authentication method. Some email providers require authentication to send emails over a secure connection.
    4. Check if your email client is configured to use the correct SMTP server address. If you are not sure about the correct SMTP server address, you can contact your email provider for assistance.

Hope the above can help you.

    Best

    thank you Jarvis,

I think i did all that. Did you see the log attached? It looks like my server tries to send Certificate, which is legit Certificate by GeoTrust. And then there is error: "TLS negotiation failed with error IllegalMessage".

Problem was solved by installing the same certificate on GFImailessentials server through IIS. Same Certificate was installed on that sever before, but somehow was not an option for secure communication..
