They always show loading

    What version of Excel did you use?

    Based on the support article the products supported are:

    Excel 2016 or later on Mac

    Excel on iPad

    Excel on Mac (Microsoft 365)

    Excel on Windows (Microsoft 365)

    Excel on the web
