Issue: bing v7 api keys did not work immediately after upgrading to "pay as you go", also couldn't regenerate keys

    Solution:

After upgrading your subscription plan had to wait 20 minutes and it worked well on your end.

Sorry for any inconveniences. This is a known behavior, after upgrading your subscription plan/quota it may take some time for the upgrade to take effect. The duration of this time period can vary, and it's recommended to wait for a few hours up to a few days before attempting to use the API again. If the issue still persists after this time period, you can contact support for further assistance.

Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
