Android Apps Shutting Down After Outlook/Intune Install

Since I installed and configured Outlook on my Android phone, along with the required Intune, whenever I lock my phone, all apps have been closing. The music stops, and all application instances stop too. I tried to reset my phone and installed all the manufacturer's updates, but nothing changed. When I reset it, I tested it without any other apps.

Is there any administrative option or phone setting, or anything else I can do to fix this major problem?

    @Laurent Bohéas, Thanks for the reply. From your description, it seems we have configured conditional access policy to allow outlook access only when the device is compliant. So the not managed device is asked to install company portal to enroll into Intune.

    But when we enroll the device, I notice you mentioned that all apps are deleted. and music, VLC are stopped. Based as I know, it seems your device is enrolled with Personally with work profile which has two profiles, personal profile and work profile. Please confirm in Intune portal.

    In fact, different apps will be in different profiles. Please check if the missing app is in other profile. Where is it?
