How to activate sandbox for Communication service | ACS SMS Service

I am trying to create an application that uses Azure communication service, not able to find the proper sandbox activation link to activate Azure communication resource. Similar to the sandbox service provided in the Create an Azure Storage account learning module.

@Yash D. Ambekar To activate the sandbox for Azure Communication Services, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your credentials.
2. Click on the "+ Create a resource" button on the top left corner of the portal.
3. Search for "Communication Services" in the search bar and select it from the results.
4. Click on the "Create" button on the Communication Services page.
5. Fill in the required information for your Communication Services resource, such as the subscription, resource group, and resource name.
6. Under the "Pricing tier" section, select the "Free" tier to activate the sandbox.
7. Review and accept the terms and conditions, then click on the "Create" button to create your Communication Services resource.

Once your Communication Services resource is created, you can start using the SMS service by following the instructions in the documentation.
