If Edge closed unexpectedly, it will ask you if you wish to restore the previous browsing session. You click restore, it will open previous tabs.
However, if the restore box does not appear, you can do the following:
First, navigate to edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose
and check if turn on the option Browsing history.
If you didn't enable this option, you should be able to find them in your browsing history and restore them. Just use the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+T. You can press as many as you can until your desired tabs are restored.
Also, you could press Ctrl + H to open your browsing history. Under the “Recently Closed” tab, you can find and reopen the tabs from your last session.
