Azure 2-node failover cluster using a shared ZRS disk and experiencing instabilit

configuration setup

OS version 2022

VM1-zone1 and VM2 Zon2- shared QUORUM disk in ZRS but cluster is time to time goes to disable status even cannot start cluster using force start.

Errors:

Cluster physical disk resource encountered an error while attempting to terminate.

Cluster resource 'Cluster Disk 2' of type 'Physical Disk' in clustered role 'Cluster Group' failed.

If I configure the same setup in OS 2019, I do not encounter any of the above errors.

    Hello IT-CA,

    Can you please let us know which disk you are using. Currently, only Ultra Disks, Premium SSD v2, Premium SSD, and Standard SSDs can be used as a shared disk.

    Shared disks have general limitations that apply to all shared disks, regardless of disk type. Apart from this there are some additional limitations that only apply to specific types of shared disks.
