Can't see the shared screen of others in Microsoft Team

Recently, I updated the new version of Microsoft Team but I got an issue that:

I can share my screen for everyone and they can see my screen. However, when everyone shared their screen for me, I can't see their screen (just saw their avatar).

I also followed the instructions in this link https://helpdeskgeek.com/office-tips/screen-sharing-not-working-in-microsoft-teams-9-fixes-to-try/ to fix the issue but all the solution has not worked for my case. Please help me!

    To troubleshoot your issue, I have some questions to confirm with you:

    1)Could other participants see their shared screen normally?

    2)What is your version of Teams client? Classic Teams or New Teams?

    3)Does this issue persist all the time?

    To exclude the client issue, we recommend you try to use Teams web client to see if it can be reproduced. If there is no issue in Teams client, we firstly recommend you try to follow these steps to clear your client cache file to see if works:
