    Hello @Ilan Slavin ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Generally, this issue is caused by an old version of installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package isn’t uninstalled/installed correctly.

    Please try following:

Check and make sure that the directory mentioned in the warning message exists.

If it exists, right-click that folder > Properties > Security > choose the correct user that you are using > click Edit > assign the permissions > Apply > OK.

If the location doesn’t exist, or assigning permissions doesn’t work, please try to download the troubleshooter tool. Run it, select Uninstalling and try to uninstall a previous version of Visual C++ Minimum Runtime/Redistributable package. I think it’s Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X64 Minimum Runtime - 14.22.27821, you may double check on your side. After that install the runtime again.

    Sincerely,

    Tianyu
