May be anybody know. My problem is when any user open All Rooms in Address Book there is such an error appears periodicaly one of three times. It's not depend on the Cashed mode or not in Outllook. This problem appears on RDS only, localy on the laptop everything is ok. More over we have two RDS servers in our RDS Farm and this problem reproduced on the second new RDS server only. And it appears one of two or three times on RDS. Our RDS keeps users profile on a shared disk. But the first RDS is OK. There is no logic.

    Hi @OZ ,

Welcome to post our Q&A forum!

Based on my research, I found a similar issue as yours, which mentioned that it may occurs when your Outlook messaging profile includes a Microsoft Exchange account that is configured to use Cached Exchange Mode, the Download Public Folder Favorites option is enabled, and you have lots of cached public folders. Please refer to this article and try the resolution: You receive insufficient memory errors when you expand a mailbox or public folder in Outlook.

Besides, if it is not work, you can try to run Outlook as safe mode and recreate the user profile.

    Hope it can help!
