OneDrive mobile app hanging when uploading files

Hello - We have our mobile users take advantage of the OneDrive mobile application on their personal devices when they are sending pictures/scans from their mobile devices to our network. This has been going good for the last few months however, all of a sudden we have heard a number of users that are trying to use their device as normal but are getting a message about "Uploading is paused". I have tried from my own device and for the most part it is working just fine. I did get into that state at one point but am not sure what I did to do it but have been fine after logging out of OneDrive and then back in again. Unfortunately, doing that made me lose the scans that were getting uploaded, so that is not something we want to suggest to our users.

Do you know if there is any outage that is known for this app?
