Based on your description, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:
- Check if your Teams is updated to the latest version or clear Teams cache.
- Check if your Gmail account is still invited to the team or organization that you are trying to access. You can do this by logging in to the Teams web app with your Gmail account and see if you can access the team or organization there. If not, you may need to contact the team or organization administrator and ask them to re-invite you.
- Check if your Gmail account is configured as an external identity in Azure AD by the team or organization administrator. You can do this by asking the administrator to follow the instructions in this link: Configure Google federation with Azure Active Directory.
