Can't remote to session host

Hi Community,

I found an issue about AVD client sessions hanged. one of AVD client session in disconnected state and another one is active state but both sessions are actually disconnected.

AVD session host (VM) was shutdown without the AVD client sessions logout. after that when i try to connect AVD client sessions again, i get an error "We couldn't connect because there are currently no available resource."

    Hi @Tamolwatt Gitwongwattana , I understand that you are trying to connect to AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) but you got error message "We couldn't connect because there are currently no available resources".

    Please check your AVD session host, make sure that there is at least one session host with Health State=Available. You can try assigning your affected user to the available session host.
