Hi @Vadim Bondaruk , Azure AD B2C is a separate service that provides customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions for building user journeys for consumer- and customer-facing apps. On the other hand, a B2C tenant is a directory of users that represents your organization in Azure AD B2C.

While Azure AD B2C is built on the same technology as Azure AD, it is a separate service with some feature differences. Azure AD B2C provides identity and access management for modern SaaS or custom-developed applications, while B2C tenants are used to manage users and sign-up or sign-in with external identity providers, such as Google or Facebook.
