Is there a way to forcefully change the system drive of visual studio to another drive?
I'm running out of space on my c drive and want to move it to my E drive, but no matter what the fuck I do, it sticks to my c drive.
My life is getting pathetic doing this for 3 hours, so please tell me how to do it.

I’m sorry, but no matter what you do, currently, Visual Studio cannot be fully installed/moved on/to another drive.
If possible, please upvote this ticket: Install everything of VS on another drive.
For moving parts of Visual Studio to another drive, see the description in this document: Select installation locations
You can select a different location only when you first install Visual Studio. If you’ve already installed it and want to change the location, you must uninstall Visual Studio and then reinstall it.
For your specific scenario, you may try to uninstall some workloads/extensions which you currently don’t use. If the space is still not enough, consider cleaning C drive, reassigning the space to C drive…

You can not change the drive where VS is installed.
You have to completely uninstall it and then make a new installation, where you can select a different drive then C:
