I'm unable to rebook my exam after cancelling it 24 hours prior to the exam date. I don't see the discount which I had previously. I would like to rebook my exam in person please

Unable to rebook the below exam in person as Person told me to cancel it to rebook it in person as the below exam was online but on cancelling it I am unable to see the discount that I initially got. Can I please get the discount again ? Thank you.

    I did try rescheduling on my own but the discount is not showing up for some reason and Person is saying they cannot reschedule because the discount is on my email and I don't have a voucher but during cancellation they didn't mention that if the discount is on my email they cannot reschedule. I wouldn't have cancelled the test if I knew this was an issue.

    I initially had tried giving the test online but Persons online testing platform is no good and I didn't know that, then they told me to cancel it to reschedule in person and now they are saying they cant rebook even the cancelled exam because of some discount and I cant see the discount either. Not sure what happened there can you please provide the discount or help me somehow...

    I don't see any direct chat for Microsoft chat where I can ask them to look into this. Neither is there any contact number to discuss this. Person told me to ask Microsoft as they can't do anything about this. Please help me.
