Genshin Impact (running on Windows) cannot change the character's orientation with the mouse when I'm connected to Windows using a Mac. I can only move up, down, left, and right, and the game doesn't play properly.

Hello,
I believe it would be helpful to examine your frame rate. The problem appears to be related to graphics, and it's worth noting that remote desktop may restrict the frame rate to 30FPS.
In the meantime, consider reaching out to the customer service of the game for additional assistance.

The performance of my machine is very good. I think this is a bug in the Microsoft remote tool that cannot be dragged. The reason is: I use another remote connection tool parsec, and I can play Genshin Impact in Windows normally on Mac. It can be played through the mouse. Change character direction.

This is an issue related to the lack of support for relative movement as mouse panning does not work.
Was able to fully replicate the issue no matter which game it is that requires relative mouse inputs instead of absolute mouse inputs and running at 60 fps.
This seems to be a problem with the lack of support for relative input! Getting the same results as yours when connecting to an rdp session no matter which machine it is!

There seems to be no solutions for this when connecting to a machine via rdp with any other OS besides windows using https://github.com/TKMAX777/RemoteRelativeInput
*Please note that framerate/graphics has nothing to do with this issue
I doubt that this issue will be fixed with Microsoft adding relative mouse inputs as a patch for RDP as this has been ongoing for several years with no resolution.
Best alternative is to use a controller to control character movements via:
