Tenant deleted can you help me out to get back

I am currently facing an issue with my Azure Portal subscription. I initially had a free subscription account within the default directory. Subsequently, I created a new tenant in Microsoft Azure using my enterprise ID and transitioned the free subscription from the default directory to this newly created tenant. Unfortunately, due to an inadvertent action, I have deleted the newly created tenant. As a result, I am encountering challenges accessing my free subscription.

While the portal acknowledges the presence of the subscription, I am unable to utilize it. The system prompts me to switch the tenant subscription back to the default directory. However, I am limited to only the default directory in my current portal view.

I am seeking guidance on potential solutions or methods to recover the deleted tenant, as my subscription is associated with it. Any assistance or insights into this matter would be greatly appreciated.Screenshot (113)

    @Ajay Mamidikayala

    Thank you for your post!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Azure Portal subscription. Unfortunately, based on the information you provided, once a tenant is deleted it can't be recovered. However, to help point you in the right direction, there is one step you can take to try and resolve the issue.

    Associate or add an Azure subscription to your Microsoft Entra tenant:

    • From your screenshots, it looks like your subscription transferred successfully to your new MS Entra ID tenant. Therefore, you can see if the Azure subscription is associated with your Microsoft Entra tenant. For more info.

    Associate a subscription to a directory To associate an existing subscription with your Microsoft Entra ID, follow these steps: Sign to the Azure portal with the Owner role assignment for the subscription. Browse to Subscriptions. Select the name of the subscription you want to use. Select Change directory.

    If associating or adding your Azure subscription to your Microsoft Entra tenant doesn't work, you'll have to reach out to the Subscription Management team directly via an Azure Support Request.

    1. From the Azure Portal Home page > Open the portal menu on the left side
    2. Select Help + Support > Create a new Support Request
    3. Issue Type will be Subscription Management

    Note: You can also open a support request from the global header. For more info.
