I am unable to access files on SharePoint using Copilot what do I need to change

I am signed in to my OneDrive, however when I ask Copilot to access a document on my OneDrive, I receive the message "Copilot cannot generate high quality content"; it appears I am unable to access the document; what do I need to change?

    This could be due to a few reasons, but one possibility is that Copilot does not have access to your OneDrive. To resolve this, you can try pairing your Copilot with your OneDrive URL as described in the Use content on SharePoint or OneDrive for Business for generative answers.
