What is the best way to move devices from existing Hybrid Azure AD join to Azure AD join. Do we need to reset the device to achieve this ? Running on Windows 10 22H2 OS

    Yes you are correct, there's no Microsoft supported process or path to convert an existing device from HAADJ to AADJ without a Windows reset.
