Hello,

What recommendation tools to remoting user from intune? Many user now work from anywhere and we need tools to remote to the user if they have problem.

Remote Help is a cloud-based solution for secure help desk connections with role-based access controls, and it uses Intune role-based access controls (RBAC) to set the level of access a helper is allowed.
