Hello,

I have this version of Microsoft® Outlook® 2021“ MSO (16.0.14332.20611) 64 bit. IMAP e-mail does not work - does not synchronize.

When I try to do that with NEW Outlook, everything works. With the old outlook (Microsoft® Outlook® 2021“ MSO (16.0.14332.20611) 64 bit), it works only in the local network, it does not work outside.

Tried to create a new profile but "Log in to the incoming mail server (IMAP): Failed to connect to the server." "Send a test email: Unable to find email server. Please check your server details in your account properties." ;

Tried to turn off the firewall;

Tried connecting to an old version of Outlook on another computer works (only Office versions differ).

The point is that with the NEW version of Outlook, everything works, both on the external network and on the internal network.

Where's the problem?

    Based on the information you provided, it seems that the issue is with the configuration settings of your old version of Outlook. The error message “log in to the incoming mail server (imap): failed to connect to the server” indicates that the client is unable to establish a connection with the IMAP server.

    You mentioned that you have tried turning off the firewall, but it did not resolve the issue. In that case, it is possible that the antivirus software installed on your computer is blocking the client-server connection. You may want to temporarily disable the antivirus software and check if it resolves the issue.

    It is also possible that Outlook has incorrect configuration setting, double-check the incoming and outgoing server settings, port numbers, and SSL/TLS options.

    The problem is still there, everything has been tried. It's just not clear why mail works perfectly with NEW OUTLOOK, and it doesn't work with Outlook in the Office package, why? New version
