    Hi Khushi Sharma,

According to our research, based on your error message there are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • Check your internet connection to make sure it’s working by opening a browser and visiting any website.
    • Clear the Teams cache from your device.
    • Try accessing Microsoft Teams through web by visiting [teams.microsoft.com] and see if you can log in there.
    • If you’re using a VPN to access Teams, turn it off and back on.
    • Check if there is a service incident affecting Teams by visiting the Microsoft 365 Service health status page and signing in with an admin account.

Hope the above information is helpful for you!
