Hello I am new.

I am following this guide to learn Azure:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/cna-build-iot-service/8-exercise-integrate-next-js-web-app-iot-pipeline

I get to the portion "Deploy an Azure web app hosting the Next.js application" and attempt to create an App Service Plan or App Service -> Webapp and either attempt create a resource that when I click on it I see "Resource not found error"

I'm confused, does this happen for everyone?

I'm not doing anything super custom.. just making a resource through the UI / command line like every other resource but for some reason these ones always send me to a resource not found page.

If anyone has any solutions it would be appreciated,

If my understanding is right, you are using Linux azure web app If so, you may want to know that a memory dump for that kind of set up(Custom Image, Node) via Diagnostic Tools will not be available. Recommendation here is to configure SSH at a minimum to get what you want. Hi @Anonymous This error can occur if the web app is not found in the specified resource group or location. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps: Check if the web app is still present in the specified resource group and location. You can do this by logging into the Azure portal and navigating to the resource group. Check the logs of the AzureRmWebAppDeployment@4 task to see if there are any specific error messages that can help identify the issue. Try running the pipeline again after waiting for some time to see if the issue resolves itself. If the issue persists, you can try creating a new web app and deploying the code to it to see if the issue is specific to the current web app.

Can you please confirm if you have completed the exercises 4 and 6 successfully in this module as they all have dependencies?

If you have not been able to complete them, we advise you to finish them first.
