The link in email cannot be opened with error "Your organization's policies prevent us from completing this action for you" may be related to the web browser, have you tried reassigning the default browser?
If not, it is recommended that you reassign the default browser first. Besides, it is recommended that you reset your internet settings, i.e. Press Windows and R together to launch Run. Enter INETCPL.CPL and then click OK, Click the Advanced Tab, Afterwards, select Restore advanced settings, click "Apply" then "OK".
