Access emails

Hi All One of my user is facing issue accessing emails offline. user is using outlook for MAC. The user travels alot and user wants to access his previous downloaded emails to work offline. He is able to access few and for others user can only access once they get redownloaded when user connects to internet. please advise me.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell , Thanks for posting in our Q&A forum! As far as I know, Outlook for Mac is a locally cached email client, which means it stores a copy of your emails on your Mac. However, unlike the Win version, it doesn’t have an option to store data offline in the same way as creating a local .pst data file. You can try to use OWA instead.
