Tried all below steps, but still not able to activated license in my default tenant instead it's activated in different new tenant every time when clicking on Activate (This is first time only when I'm using subscription to activate P2) :

  1. Sign into Azure Portal in the search box Search for Microsoft Entra ID and select it from the results.
  2. In the left pane select Licenses->Overview In the top right under "Quick tasks" select "Get a free trial." Select Microsoft Entra ID P2 and selected Activate.

Thanks for providing the solution and for all future learners who're going to above links to find the solution wanted to tell you solution in this post only so you don't need to go and read other links.

Solution : May be form your admin ID (from which you signed as Azure free account to get $200), you're not able to activate the trail license (due to some kind of limitation with your id noted at Microsoft end), so create one new user and assigned Microsoft Entra ID "Global Administrator" role. Now from this newly created ID you should be able to activate your free trial.
