To fix this issue, please help check and try the followings:
1.Which version of the Edge you are using? Please update it to the latest version of edge.
2.Go to Windows and search Internet Options, select Manage Add-ons
in the Programs
. Check all the add-ons disable them.
3.Also, try to clear browsing cache for Internet Explorer. Navigate to edge Settings> Privacy and services> Under the “Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer” section, click the Choose what to clear button> check the boxes and delete.
4.If issue persists, you could reset IE settings. Select Reset in the Advanced
tab.
