Hello all,

One of our team members has changed policy, resulting in the unavailability of the Spoof Mail Report Consequently, we have received complaints about emails from known senders being directed to the Junk Folder, which has always been reaching the inbox. WhatsApp Image 2024-01-18 at 08.32.09_eabf3738

Can someone please help?

    Yea its tough to know, but I would walk through the anti spoofing policies and modify as needed to make it work as it did before: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/anti-phishing-policies-about?view=o365-worldwide
