Why doesn't theAzure Cloud Shell finish loading before the time runs out?

When I click on the activate sandbox the screen on the right hand size never stops saying: Azure Cloud Shell Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access... It never loads the powershell screen so I can complete the exercise and eventually it closes because the time has counted down. This has happened twice now and I only get 10 sandboxes per day.

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum. We see that you are facing an issue with Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access.

    I believe the problem has been resolved. Please log out and login back and try to activate the sandbox.

    Still you’re facing the issue here are some general steps to troubleshoot:

    1.Refresh the page: Reload the browser to see if it resolves the problem.

    2.Clear browser cache: Delete cached data and try accessing the sandbox shell again.

    3.Use a different browser: Try another web browser to check if the issue is browser specific.

    4.Firewall and proxy settings: Verify network settings to ensure they're not blocking the connection.

    5.Incognito/Private mode: Open the sandbox shell in incognito/private mode to rule out browser-related issues.
