Upgrade of build agents Azure DevOps Server 2020 to Azure DevOps Server 2022

Question

Upgrade of Azure DEvOps Server 2020 to Azure DevOps Server 2022. We are proceeding with upgrade from one platform (one server) Azure DevOps Server 2020 to another platform (new server) Azure DevOps Server 2022.
This is not in place upgrade but upgrade/migration to a new platform at the same time. We are looking for all possibilities to upgrade the agents by coyping (taking) the configuraiton of the build agents that are associated with the agent pools of the source plateform DevOps Server 2020 and recreate the agents on the destination server DevOps Server 2022 keeping all the configurations and customizations.
The installer is obvousely not adapted to do this out of "in place" migration choice.
