Hi all,

Experiencing an issue that is not allowing me to log into Microsoft Authenticator App, subsequently into any of my Office apps or Admin account. This is what I'm doing

  1. I open the Microsoft Authenticator App.
  2. I click on the plus(+) to add a business/work account the Authenticator App. Email and password is provided.
  3. The next screen it asks for the following: Enter Code: Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device
  4. At this point, I'm stuck. I'm trying to log into the Authenticator app to be provide this codes!
  5. If I try to sign in another way (Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app), I get the following error: Sign-in Error: Error Finding an account to complete multi-factor authentication
  6. I can't use the "Use verification code" for the same reason as above.

I have other accounts on the app that work okay. Not sure why I'm having issues with this one.

    Hi@Rogelio C

You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register MFA through Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below:
