Declarative/GUI-based workflows for Call automation

Is there something on the roadmap for designing call automation workflows using GUI or JSON/XML-based schemas? I'm looking for something similar to Twilio's TwiML or AWS Connect Flows. Currently, Azure Call Automation just has the option to receive webhook events and code the logic in C#, but it becomes difficult to scale/generalize in a simple way if I want to accommodate multiple business use cases. I think we could benefit from a way to define flows using JSON/XML, or a GUI interface. I did see Azure Communication Services PowerAutomate connectors, but none of them are for Call Automation.
