    Looks like there are something wrong when downloading Visual Studio.

    If you directly access to this URL: https://aka.ms/vs/installer/latest/feed, will you be blocked or a file(latestinstaller.json) will be successfully downloaded?

    Are you using any proxy, network proxy which may block you from downloading VS? If so, please try to disable it or configure it to let it allow VS to download.

    Did you set any security or filter settings in your web browser, maybe default web browser like Edge? If so, please try to configure them to let VS download, and try to clean web browser cache.

    Please also make sure that you have full permissions on your machine. Try to run VS setup as administrator.

    I would also suggest you try to update Windows OS.
