I Understand that you are trying to login on Azure Portal with your personal email id and you are unable to access any of your resources.
Error Message:
AADSTS50020: User account '******@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '........-.... -40ca-859e-....32535fb'(Microsoft Azure Marketplace) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
Based off Error Message the user account from identity provider does not exist in the tenant or you may use the incorrect sign-in URL. for more details and troubleshoot the Error AADSTS50020 you refer the below document.
