I configured Azure AD B2C user flow 3-4 years ago. Some time ago, I noticed that the MFA form looks strange. I tried to create a "copy" of this user flow in the same B2C instance, with exactly the same configuration, page layout version, etc. and it looks fine there. How do I fix this in the original user flow?

Ok, the page is not so intuitive and all I had to do was to click on a "Multifactor authentication page" row to change a version for MFA.
