When opening e.g. foto, calculator, ecc. error file System (-2147219196).
I restored the PC to a previous point and initially everything worked, but after a few minutes the problem recurred.

I had the same problem. I used all the Setting Option for reset the app without success, then I uninstalled the app and reinstalled from MS Store but without success. Now I try with chkdsk on system disk because when I open a photo with mouse double click I see a msg reporting a filesystem error...

Sto proseguendo a lavorare. Nel mio caso il problema potrebbe essere legato a problemi di compatibilità del nuovo OS con computer vecchi, ma mi sembra abbastanza improbabile. Io penso invece che il problema sia legato alla criticità delle nuove universal apps.
Ieri ad esempio ho risolto un problema di malfunzionamento di Microsoft Store con un mio Pc con CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M acquistato al tempo con Windows 8 ed attualmente funzionante con con Windows 11 Pro 23H2, build 22631.3085, Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0, ovvero la ultima release ad oggi. Ho seguito il processo di controllo della immagine di sistema con la seguente procedura batch
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /CheckHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup

Non ho trovato errori, ho proseguito con una reinstallazione in place a partire dalla ISO della ultima versione di windows 11. Al termine, dopo circa 20 minuti,MS Store ha nuovamente funzionato ed anche oggi funziona correttamente.
Oggi sto provando con un pc con CPU Pentium(R) Dual T3200, che per adesso riesce a mantenere in esecuzione PhotosApp.exe perqualche secondo. Dopo il crash trovo:
