Trusted Documents

Question

I have a table converter tool at QueryTools.net

and had a download link on my site, but when I tried to open the doc from my download folder it said macros were disabled. So I hit enable editing. But it STILL won't let buttons on tabs run. I can go to options trust center setting and add the download folder, which is probably a bad idea, but when I go to trusted documents, there is just a button to allow it but when I hit ok, there is no button to actually ADD a trusted document. How do I add a trusted document in Excel 365?
