hello, Is azure backup do the full backup only first time in the beginning we create the retention policy? Can we see size of this full backup?

Hi, Yes, the first/initial backup is full backup, the rest will be incremental. There is no information about the size of the full backup particularly. If you want to have some information about the size you need to enable diagnostic settings to Log Analytics workspace for example and check the data in AddOnAzureBackupStorage table
