Hi I will assume your talking about administrator account for Windows Server (since you used that tag) :) if not please elaborate.

In windows server there is a built-in administrator account that's named "Administrator" if you did not change it. The password however is encrypted and stored out of reach inside the system, you are prompted to set password for an administrator account when you install the server, recommendation is to save the password in a secure password database of your choice.

If you have other administrator accounts on the server you can reset the password for other administrators, the process for resetting passwords can be slightly different in the user interface if you have local account, domain account and different Server version.
