Azure Email Communication Service on Woo Commerce is throwing the Invalid format for email address: : error on New Order Emails but not on anything else.

Hi guys, I'm having a weird issue where my emails are sending correctly on my website but when Woo Commerce tries to send a New Order email to our staff its throwing the Invalid format for email address: : error. I had this error on emails being sent to customers but fixed it. Not sure why it hasn't fixed it on both as I'm fairly sure it uses the same settings? User's image

Based on the shared information, I understand that your application is sending an email to end customer using ACS and you are using Woo commerce plugin to send the email to your internal staff. Correct if my understanding is wrong.

If above understanding is wrong, can you give us a high-level architecture about your application and also how you are connecting to ACS email service inside it..

Also, from the above image I understand that value of from address is in invalid format or either it is empty have checked the respective request body that has been from your application has the valid from address?

Hi Venkatesh, your understanding is correct, I'm using ACS to send emails. The WooCommerce plugin is configured to send treasurer@ an email when someone makes a purchase, along with other emails to the customer with a confirmation of their order. I was getting this same error before on the customer emails but changed the only email field that woo commerce provides the send from and it fixed the customer emails but not the staff emails. As seen in the pic above one email sent and the other failed.

Is there a way to view the logs of who it is trying to send the email from? This may help in troubleshooting.
