@SergiEE, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To move to Intune, users must unenroll their devices from the current MDM provider before they enroll in Intune. Here is a link list the steps you can do.
Due to device enrollment, we use different enrollment methods for different scenarios with different platforms. And some needs to do factory reset like Android Enterprise Fully managed enroll, dedicated enroll, corporate-owned with work profile, ADE, Autopilot and etc. You can know more details about enrollment methods in the following link:
