Cannot add AZ-900 creditation to my profile

Question

I've tried everything going round in circles. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/view-use-share-certificates-achievements does not work, and what it describes in what should be shown on screen is not what I'm seeing. Also tried Connected certification profile https://examregistration.microsoft.com/?locale=en-us also doesn't work. If I go to the link it states "In order to see if you are eligible for a discount you need to select a Certification Exam first.". Again round in circles. I passed the AZ-900 but nothing I try is allowing me to add this to my profile. Please advise. MCID: 996157206
