User currently is using new MS teams According to the user whenever creating a calendar invite it always revert to Coordinated universal time zone instead of Central time.
Setting it to correct time zone but kept going back to Coordinated universal time can you give solution for this?

I have the same problem. My Outlook calendar settings are set to UTC -5 but when I create a new meeting from TEAMS calendar, it reverts back to UTC automatically. So it's like I'm creating meetings that are 5 hours late for everyone in my timezone. This is a major flaw and should be adressed quickly.
I've managed to repair the problem by clearing all TEAMS cache (again). I've had multiple bugs with the new teams that were solved by clearing the cache. It's an OK solution for people with computer knowledge, but for members of my organisation (more than 100), alot of people don't know how to clear cache. So clearly there should be a way to update the cache faster.

THANK YOU Jerome, I have been going crazy about this the last few days. I was on an LOA, came back, new teams was the default and all of a sudden I was having this UTC issue. Clearing the cache (I actually reset teams which was the top solution recommended by Microsoft in order to celar the cache) was the only thing that actually worked. I did their changing time zones in Outlook (even though it was already correct) and it did nothing

I'm in a support roll for my organization and THIS. Constantly, all the time. Sound issues? Video problems? Meeting Troubleshooting? Did you clear cache? How do I do that? Let's jump on a Teams meeting and I'll show you. Oh wait....

Same problem here! In web based 'NEW teams', this issue also appears, not only on desktop verion . However, in "CLASSIC Teams", it works correctly.

Sign out and sign in again in MS Teams. It worked for me

For Windows user Logout and login in MS Teams is working, but for MAC users it is not working.
