Is it possible to modify only a specific shift?
Are you an organization administrator? If not, contact your administrator to check if you have set a policy that is blocking you.
If the above issues have been eliminated, try the following possible solutions:
Try checking if the issue persists from the Teams web client.
Clear the Teams cache and restart the app.
Check for updates to the Teams client. Make sure your Teams client is up to date.
