Using Shifts

I need help with shifts. I'm unable to delete the groups I have created or remove the members from them; it seems to be 1 shift which is causing the issue, there is an asterisk within the allocated shift. I tried to go into the actual shift, and remove the member. However, I cannot make amendments to anything in there. All fields are locked and I'm unable to delete the member, add a new member. I can change the date and add a note, however the "save" button is greyed out and unable to save any changes. Can anyone help?

    Is it possible to modify only a specific shift?

    Are you an organization administrator? If not, contact your administrator to check if you have set a policy that is blocking you.

    If the above issues have been eliminated, try the following possible solutions:

    Try checking if the issue persists from the Teams web client.

    Clear the Teams cache and restart the app.

    Check for updates to the Teams client. Make sure your Teams client is up to date.
