After changing the domaine for email lost all files in onedrive

Our IT guys tried to change our domain, after change i was not able to see the files in onedrive, none of my files or shared files was ther. As they are taking there time to find the solution i was thinking maybe someone here could help me help them as we need the change of the domain fast.

    Hi @Toms Strelkovs ,

    According to my research, this issue is due to the caching within the sync client. The users should sign out, and then sign back into OneDrive after the rename to resolve any sync issues. If that doesn't solve the problem, they should go to OneDrive > Settings > Account and select Unlink this PC, then re-link the PC. Unlinking and relinking doesn’t delete ay OneDrive data.
