Azure ML compute cluster stuck in creating state

I have a compute cluster that is stuck in the creating state. It has been stuck for 24 hours. How can I stop this process?

you need to stop the process, try the following steps:

Go to the Azure Machine Learning studio in the Azure portal.

Navigate to the "Compute" section.

Find the compute cluster that is stuck in the creating state.

Select the compute cluster, and you should see an option to cancel or delete it.

Hey the delete option is greyed out for me. So I can not delete it and there is no cancel button/option.
